Our Estimating Department is led by our dedicated project team of pre-construction and project management office. Using “state of the art” technology for construction management, we provide the owner with complete access to all project information, ensuring accountability and transparency.
Civil Engineering
Our civil engineering team includes the best of the best licensed P.E.s with a total of 50 years of experience. This experience allows us to better manage the pre-construction process across all projects. Between demolition and abatement of re-used sites, contaminated soils, water and wastewater availability and sites burdened with bedrock, civil work can hold up a project and add up front costs or surprises during the early phase of construction.
